Paula Abdul Says Fourth Judge Kara DioGuardi ‘Doesn’t Work’
“Kara and I have known each other for years and we get along great,” Abdul tells the March 9 issue of OK! magazine.“But we tried four judges before and it doesn’t work.”
“It takes up so much time for each of us to give our opinion that it slows down the pace of the show,” she says.
While I agree that the addition of a fourth judge has not added anything to the show, this has got to be awkward for the other judges to know that she thinks this and then go on the show and act as if nothing has happened. It’s so annoying to hear these celebrities criticize shows that make them famous. It’s almost as if they’re too good for the show now. Does anyone really think that Paula can go on to something else and be just as successful? I don’t think so. She shouldn’t look a gift horse in the mouth. Her territory has been infiltrated by another girl and I don’t thinks she likes it. She should just be honest about it.
